 Rocky Mountain Business Networks guarantees that the network will be available 99.9% of the time during the billing cycle of a server or plan, excluding scheduled maintenance, acts of God, terrorist activity or Denial of Service (DOS) attacks. The guarantee takes effect if the network is down for more than 44 minutes during a 30 day billing cycle.
Rocky Mountain Business Networks will credit the customer 5% of the recurring fee for each 30 minutes of downtime (up to 100% of customer's monthly fee) on the next invoice if downtime exceeds the 99.9% limit. Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling, but does not include services or software running on your individual domain.
Network downtime exists when a particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data and Rocky Mountain Business Networks or associated customer records such failure in the Rocky Mountain Business Networks trouble ticket system. Network downtime is measured from the time the trouble ticket is opened by a customer to the time the server is once again able to transmit and receive data. This trouble ticket should include a trace route or other demonstration that network connectivity has been lost. Record of server uptime is posted on our Support Forums.

 Data Recovery - Backup Files
Rocky Mountain Business Networks will make every effort to ensure data is maintained on our servers, we provide weekly backups of files, websites and data residing on our servers. Data backups are available for download in the users control panel (CPanel or equivalent). Rocky Mountain Business Networks will not be held liable nor provide warranty for any data contained on our servers (unless otherwise agreed to in writing). Customers are provided backups and are encouraged to download those backups regularly to ensure data is in a recoverable state in the unlikely event of unrecoverable data loss on our servers.
